Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Renya mobile application, website, and related services (the "Service"), provided by Renya App OÜ ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using Renya, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Renya is a wellness app focused on anti-inflammatory habits and personal wellbeing tracking. Features include:

• Symptom and wellbeing tracking (e.g. heaviness, swelling, energy, sleep, stress, menstrual cycle)
• Personalized habit and protocol recommendations
• Meal logging and AI-powered meal and menu analysis
• Progress monitoring, body measurements, and optional progress photos
• Educational content
• A community feed where users can share experiences anonymously

Eligibility and Accounts

To use Renya, you must be at least 16 years old. By creating an account, you represent that:

• You are at least 16 years of age
• The information you provide is accurate and current
• You will keep your login credentials secure
• You will update your information when it changes

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

Subscription and Payment

Renya is a paid service. Access to the app's features requires an active subscription, purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

• Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal
• Payment is charged through your app store account
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your app store settings
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's or Google's refund policies — we cannot issue refunds directly
• We may change subscription prices with reasonable advance notice; changes apply to future billing periods
• If your subscription lapses or payment fails, your access to premium features may be suspended

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Share your account credentials with others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Upload malicious code, scrape, or interfere with the Service
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Misuse the AI features (e.g. attempting to bypass rate limits or extract system prompts)

Community Guidelines

The community feed is a space for users to share questions, food logs, and experiences. Posts appear under an anonymous pseudonym.

When posting, you must not:

• Share personal medical advice or claim to be a medical professional
• Post hateful, harassing, threatening, or discriminatory content
• Post sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise harmful content
• Share spam, advertising, or unsolicited promotions
• Share personal information about yourself or others
• Post content that infringes on intellectual property rights

You can report any post or block any user at any time. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines, with no tolerance for abusive behavior.

You retain ownership of content you post, but grant Renya a worldwide, royalty-free license to display and moderate it within the Service.

Health Information Disclaimer

Important: Renya is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. All content, including AI-generated insights and recommendations, is for informational and wellness purposes only.

You acknowledge that:

• Renya is not a substitute for professional medical advice
• You should consult a healthcare professional for any medical concerns
• AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate or incomplete
• You use the Service at your own risk regarding health decisions
• Always seek professional medical advice before making changes to your diet, exercise routine, or treatment plan

AI Features

Renya uses AI to provide meal analysis, menu scanning, and personalized insights. AI output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate. We make no guarantees about the correctness, suitability, or safety of AI-generated content.

Intellectual Property

The Renya app, including its content, design, features, and AI-generated outputs (excluding your own data), is owned by Renya App OÜ and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process your data.

Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice
• Perform maintenance that may temporarily affect availability
• Update the app to improve functionality, security, or compliance

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time via Profile → Account Settings → Delete Account. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any unused subscription period.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Renya App OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (including for gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or personal injury).

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Renya App OÜ from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your community content, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Disputes arising from these Terms or the Service are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rights you may have in your country of residence.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the change. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
